Good or bad - habit becomes addiction

Starting of any task requires lot of will. Similarly,  continuation requires much more will power. However,  once we start and continue for some days, later it turns to habit and difficult to stop or get rid off.

Examples are, taking bath morning and evening,  walking, exercise,  playing games, etc.

Similar is the case in industrial work, doing right way, keen  eye for safety gadgets in place, use of personal protective equipment,  good housekeeping.

Opposite is also true. Not following or bypassing SOPs, not using PPE, throwing materials in work areas, etc fall under this. 

Choice is ours.
