Bhilai steel plant - gas pipeline maintenance - explosion - 11 deaths - CEO removed - GM(Safety) & DGM(Energy) suspended

As per reports, 11 persons died due to explosion in Bhilai Steel Plant on 09.11.2018 at about 1030 hr during maintenance of a gas pipeline....
