Yesterday, I attended a lecture on safety and quality assurance,delivered by a a regulator in a very very senior position. The content of the talk is as everyone knows. But, the difference is the way he talked with snippets, small stories on incidents at appropriate time of talk. This made the participants to understand and realize the deeper aspects and also to be attentive instead of having boredom.
The method of delivery makes the difference to take the message to the audience.
