Winter driving

Driving in winter is associated with risk due to fog particularly the duration around sun rise. 

Adding to the trouble is pollution,  extending poor visibility duration.

For road users, both drivers and pedestrians,  it is risky affair.  

Need to be slow in movement to avoid collisions.

Should have reflectors on all four sides,  use halogen lamps both in front and rear.
